Job Description

Our Client based in South Kent requires an Asset Information Controller to join their team.

 Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educated to A-level standard or equivalent.

  • Previous work experience in engineering or construction industry dealing with technical information.

  • High level of computer literacy with advanced MS Excel.

  • Experience of reading and understanding technical information.

  • Experience of document management (SharePoint 365).

  • Full UK Driving Licence.


The role will involve:

  • Document management using SharePoint 365 or other document management system, including planning, managing, maintenance, updating, storage and dissemination of documents.

  • Maintain the asset management database on a day-to-day basis, ensuring all data can be easily found along with managing all hardcopy data; ensuring it is easy to access for all end users.

  • Produce system-training manuals and deliver training to end users.

  • To undertake asset management projects and initiatives and efficiently organise resources to meet team objectives.

  • Supporting the Asset Management Team Leader with the delivery of team and personal objectives.

  • Be able to manage your own workload, be target driven, good at problem solving and an all-round team player.

  • To identify and manage risks, particularly those that affect safety, and to ensure that all tasks under your control are performed with the utmost regard for health and safety.



Working Hours – Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm.


Salary is dependent upon skills and experience.
