Our Client based in Dartford is seeking an automotive Paint Prepper / Polisher.
Salary: an experienced candidate can achieve up to £35,000 pa + overtime, paid monthly
40 hours pw, paid monthly.
Overtime: Regular overtime paid at time and a half
Holiday: 22 days rising to 25 days pa + 8 BH with service
After a probationary period, there will be a range of benefits such as eligibility to join the Company Pension Scheme, Death in Service and staff purchase discounts.
The Paint Prepper Polisher role offers full training in company standards, our client is seeking candidates who have an interest in cars and some relevant work experience.
This Paint Prepper Polisher role is ideal for someone who has previous experience within a body shop or vehicle repair center who would like to work on specialist cars.
As part of a small team, you will be responsible for carrying out the prepping and polishing of painted cars as they leave the paint booth. Working to a very high standard of work in accordance with the company’s specifications.

Desirable not essential qualifications/skills required:
- relevant Automotive OR Bodywork NVQ level 3 or City and Guilds
- ATA Accredited
- A full Driving License - essential
- Self-motivation
- Flexibility and willingness to work extra hours and weekends when required
- A demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
