Our Client based in Kent requires a Service Contract Manager to join their Contracts Procurement department.

Purpose of the role:

  • Provide first class procurement and delivery focussing on the administration and commercial service contracts.

  • You will also contribute to the strategic and operational development of the organisations contract processing activates and will work closely with the Head of Contracts & Procurement, alongside Operations.

  • Re-procurement and tendering of new and existing contracts.

  • Act as primary point of contact between the contractor and the organisation

  • Monitor compliance with contractual obligations

  • Understand supplier and Contractor meetings and evaluations in conjunction with the Purchasing Manager –Supply Chain

  • Assist the Head of Contracts & Procurement in achieving objectives

  • Focus on the delivery of maximising value through contract arrangements


    Suitable candidates will have the following skills / experience / attributes:

  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent)

  • A demonstrable track record in managing service contract delivery

  • Contract awareness, including NEC, JCT and ICE

  • Drafting of tender and contract documentation

  • Tendering and scope preparation

  • Experience on negotiating terms and conditions


Salary is dependent upon skills and experience plus discretionary bonus scheme.
