Our  Client based in Woolwich is currently seeking a 3rd Line Support Engineer to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. Working Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm.

Ideally the successful candidate will have at least 3 years + experience and be from a Managed Services background, although other backgrounds will be considered.

Skills/ Attributes:

  • Experience working in the commercial arena will be a strong advantage
  • Good Communication Skills is essential
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2008, 2012 and 2016
  • Working experience with Active Directory, Group Policy Management, ICT Security, Server builds and configurations
  • Experience working with Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10 Professional operating systems
  • Experience of Exchange, RM, Virtualisation and Hyper-V
  • Networking and Comms troubleshooting is essential
  • Switches & Switching levels, Routers, Firewalls, Load Balancers, SAN, NAS
  • Command line / power scripting
  • To inform sales staff of any possible leads
  • To ensure paperwork is fully completed in a compliant manner
  • Experience with Tablet integration and Mobile Device Management Platforms beneficial.
  • Experience working with Office 365 and Azure Technologies would be an advantage.
  • Exposure to developing new IT Solutions and Applications would be an advantage.
