Our Client based in Rochester is currently seeking an Administrator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis starting within the next 3 weeks.

Working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30 pm.

Duties include:

  • Ordering materials and stationary

  • Purchase order management

  • Maintain Procedures/Office Administrative Systems

  • Manage online and paper Filing systems

  • Data input and manipulation

  • Daily Management and upload onto client’s Sharepoint system

  • Labelling and stock management of new products

  • Update internal database

  • Summarise and input data to allow management of cost for each project

  • General administration – creating delivery notes etc

Key Skills:

•             Reliability and discretion

•             Adaptability

•             Communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills to be able to work within a small dynamic team

•             Organisational and time management skills

•             Strong IT skills in particular MS Excel and Word

•             Initiative

•             Attention to detail

•             You will need to have the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure

•             A problem-solving approach to work
