We are looking to recruit an Administrator to join our team of recruitment professionals.Working hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, 37.5 hours per week, monthly paid.


  • Register candidates for temporary and permanent work
  • Account management
    • telephone candidates to discuss their job requirements, suitability for open vacancies (temp and perm) and availability to work
    • issue temp assignments
  • Update Excel spreadsheets and the Adapt database
  • Answer the telephone in a professional manner, take messages accurately and deal with enquiries
  • Create and place job adverts on job sites
  • Source sales leads from candidates, internet etc
  • Scan ID, keep accurate filing
  • Ensure compliance for AWR legislation
  • Prepare payroll details – new starters, collate/chase timesheets etc
  • Operate out of office hours on call service (on a rota basis)

For this role, the ideal candidate will:

  • be educated to A Level standard or equivalent (English and Maths GCSE A or B grade as a minimum standard)
  • have worked within a busy sales environment administration or retail– desirable
  • possess excellent communication skills – telephone and face to face – essential
  • possess the ability to prioritise workload and follow instructions – essential
  • possess a good memory for names – essential
  • friendly personality with a good sense of humour
  • able to work under pressure
  • good time management skills
  • Computer literate – Word, Excel, Outlook

This role will provide full admin support to all branch staff and will work side by side with the Consultant of our temp desk.
