Our Client based near Ashford requires a Contracts Administrator to join their busy team.

The role will involve:

  • Ensuring the efficient planning of the company's employed and sub contract teams work load

  • Liaising with customers regarding start and finish dates in a timely and professional manner ensuring that their requirements are dealt with efficiently.

  • Ensuring training requirements/accreditations are in place and in date for all installation teams.

  • Producing customer O&M Manuals as required.

  • Producing sub-contractors payments as and when required.

  • Invoicing customers as and when required

  • Liaising with senior managers and colleagues ensuring good levels of communication and reporting are maintained.

  • Process new contracts, raise paperwork for rectification materials and labour as required.

  • Maintaining and updating necessary documentation

Suitable candidates will have strong administration experience, ideally within a construction or similar industry but this is not essential.

Working Monday – Friday. Salary is dependent upon skills and experience.

Due to clients location own transport is essential.
