Our Client requires an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join their Gravesend office.


The role will involve but not be limited to;


  • Full secretarial support

  • Audio transcription

  • Submitting searches

  • Typing/Correspondence and document work alongside the preparation of legal forms

  • Diary management

  • Handling telephone enquiries from clients and/or third parties

  • Meeting and greeting clients


Knowledge of the following will be advantageous


  • Land Registry Portal

  • BigHand

  • Oyez Forms

  • Searchflow and/or Partner 4 Windows


The successful candidate must have excellent computer literacy and able to work under own initiative.  Suitable candidates should also possess the ability to communicate at all levels.


Working Monday – Friday.
