Our Client based in Crawley requires a Customer Account Specialist to join their established team.  The role is offered as a permanent position working Monday to Friday, Friday 8:45am – 5:15pm.


The purpose of the role is to provide full admin support to the Internal Sales Team, reporting to the Sales Order Manager.


The ideal candidate will be/possess:


  • qualified to degree level (or equivalent), with 2+ years relevant work experience
  • previous experience of processing orders and dealing with the administration to support the Sales team
  • excellent attention to detail
  • excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • able to work in a fast paced environment – working to time constraints
  • an interest and ability to understand and learn about technical products

Priority will be given to candidates with experience/knowledge of

  • INCO terms (exporting overseas)
  • technical background in education
  • experience of an MRP system (preferably Dynamics 365)
  • being bi-lingual is a benefit but not essential.

The role will involve:

  • Preparation of quotations for the full range of equipment and products
  • Organising the support data for quote preparation.
  • Communicating with sales staff regarding quotations.
  • Illuminating quotations and proposals with relevant technical information.
  • Attend to filing all related data and organising for others to access with minimum effort.


My Client offers a salary £23-£25k pa.
