Our Client based on the Erith/Belvedere border is seeking a professional Customer Service Representative.  The successful candidate will be part of a team offering the highest level of service to Customers within the UK and Ireland

Essential skills and experience:

  • Customer service experience within an office environment is desirable

  • Experience of office procedures and computerised systems (Word, Excel, Outlook) with accurate and fast data inputting skills

  • Account Management

  • Ability to take ownership and/or responsibility for live projects in their entirety

  • Assertive communication skills, the ability to speak confidently with customers

  • Efficient, accurate and disciplined process-driven administration skills

  • Very focused and detail-oriented particularly during time critical periods

  • Good written and verbal communication skills with a highly organised approach to work

  • Strong numerical skills, self-motivated, confident and enthusiastic

  • Proactive, creative and innovative within area of responsibility

  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and projects with potentially conflicting requirements – exceptional time management skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Adaptable and flexible to cope with the changing needs of the business

  • Determination for “right-first-time” processes and resolve to understand breakdown/ failure, root cause and prevent recurrence

  • Driven, exceeds goals, handles pressure, anticipates and removes barriers

Working Monday to Friday on rotating shifts 8.30am to 5pm and 9am to 5.30pm.
