Our Client based on the Crossways Business Park, Dartford is seeking an experienced Customer Services Coordinator.
The role offered is full time and permanent (working from the office).  The core hours of the Customer Service Coordinator are 8am to 4.30pm, flexi time available + 3% non-contractual bonus and a generous benefits package including health care.
Key Skills:
• Excellent customer service skills in a busy environment
• Good administration skills – Word, Excel, Outlook etc
• Able to communicate effectively with Customers and internal departments
• Able to prioritise own work load
• Excellent team player (working within a team of 12)
The main responsibilities will be to coordinate all customer related issues, ensuring through follow-up of all enquires, thus ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved at all times. 
Duties will include the provision of quotations; taking and processing orders; progressing order and notification of status to customers; liaison with Freight Forwarder; handling queries, recording and progressing customer complaints.
