Our Client based in Crawley requires an Export Administrator to join their team.

Suitable candidates will have the following skills / experience / attributes:

  • Previous experience of order processing (processing orders from start to finish) and exporting overseas.
  • Computer literate – experience of a SAP system or similar would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Meticulous and accurate.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English grade C or above 
  • Knowledge of INCOterms would be beneficial
  • A second language in addition to English would be advantageous

The role will involve:

  • Processing customers’ orders and arranging export of goods (worldwide).
  • Preparation of quotations.
  • Managing orders from start to completion - taking order to invoicing, stock checking, shipping documents, picking lists, courier contact, export documentation (certificate of origins etc.)
  • Liaising with internal departments as well as key customers

 

Working hours are Monday – Friday 8:45am – 17:15pm.

Salary is dependent upon skills and experience.
