Our Client based in Erith is looking for a highly motivated Export Sales Executive with excellent communication skills and the drive to succeed to join them.

 

This role is a full time permanent role and is based at head office.

Your time will be spent pro-actively increasing business with new and existing customers in order to meet or exceed sales targets, whilst achieving strong sales partnerships with our regional and global distributors and channel partners.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • To achieve export sales budget for revenue, margin and product mix.

  • Manage existing Export Distribution Partners, Resellers and Agents, develop and maintain relationships to maximise business performance and increase market penetration.

  • Identify market coverage requirements and engage with potential new distribution partners through professional presentations and demonstrations

  • Produce sales plans highlighting projected revenue growth and opportunities;

  • Defining product portfolios as well as actions / timescales to meet revenue, margin and account development objectives.

  • submit regular reporting to cover

  • Sales pipeline (number and value of opportunities, number of proposals sent / converted).

  • Key achievement against target * Provide information on customer market, product and competitor developments

  • Liaising with all appropriate contacts both internally and externally to ensure that negotiations/deals progress smoothly.

    Skills and Experience:

  • A proven track record of 3-5 years’ experience with a manufacturer or distributor, as a successful channel sales person or sales executive, preferably within the secure packaging industry

  • Ability to develop and deliver professional presentations to C-level and Director-level customers

  • Proven ability to achieve sales goals through a positive influence on customers and key decision-makers.

  • Fluent in one or more European Language (desirable)

  • Acted as a Sales Executive / team leader in a previous role (desirable)

  • Marketing experience (desirable)

    Working hours are Monday to Friday - 9am to 5.30pm.

    25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

    Free parking.
