Our Client based on the Crossways Business Park Dartford is seeking French speaking Customer Services Coordinator.

The role is offered as a full time permanent positions, core hours are 8am to 4.30pm, flexi time available + 3% non-contractual bonus and a generous benefits package.

Key Skills:

  • Fluent in French – verbal and written
  • Able to communicate effectively with Customers and internal departments
  • Good administration skills – Word, Excel, Outlook etc
  • Able to prioritise own work load
  • Excellent team player (working within a team of 12 with one other French speaking colleague)

The Main responsibilities will be to coordinate all customer related issues, ensuring through follow-up of all enquires, thus ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved at all times.

Duties will include the provision of quotations; taking and processing orders; progressing order and notification of status to customers; liaison with Freight Forwarder; handling queries, recording and progressing customer complaints.
