Our Client based in Crawley requires an Internal Sales Coordinator to join their established team. The role is offered as a permanent position working Monday to Friday, Friday 8:45am – 5:15pm.
The purpose of the role is to provide full admin support to the Internal Sales Team, reporting to the Sales Order Manager.
The ideal candidate will be/possess:
- qualified to degree level (or equivalent), with 2+ years relevant work experience
Or
- previous experience of processing orders and dealing with the administration to support the Sales team
- excellent attention to detail
- excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- able to work in a fast paced environment – working to time constraints
- an interest and ability to understand and learn about technical products
Priority will be given to candidates with experience/knowledge of
- INCO terms (exporting overseas)
- technical background in education
- experience of an MRP system (preferably Dynamics 365)
- being bi-lingual is a benefit but not essential.
The role will involve:
- Preparation of quotations for the full range of equipment and products
- Organising the support data for quote preparation.
- Communicating with sales staff regarding quotations.
- Illuminating quotations and proposals with relevant technical information.
- Attend to filing all related data and organising for others to access with minimum effort.
My Client offers a salary £23-£25k pa.
