Our Client based in South Kent requires a Learning and Development Advisor/Partner to join their Human Resources Team.

The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive service that contributes to the development of a high performance workforce.


Suitable candidates will have the following skills and experience:

  • Educated to CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) as a minimum in a relevant discipline.

  • Previous experience in analysing development needs; delivering and evaluating learning and development programmes.

  • Excellent presentation and facilitations skills

  • Full driving licence and use of own vehicle.



    This role will involve:


  • Regularly carry out needs assessments to identify skills, knowledge and statutory requirements to ensure competencies across the organisation.

  • Design and deliver learning and development programmes to meet identified training needs.

  • Source and monitor suitable providers to deliver learning programmes.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development activities to establish efficiencies and value to the organisation.

  • Review and update in-house training programmes including the employee induction programme.

  • Design and apply assessment tools to establish the effectiveness of learning and development undertaken.


    Salary is dependent on skills and experience.
