Our Client, a privately owned property developer and lettings business based in Rochester is seeking a Lettings Administrator/Receptionist to join their busy team.  This opportunity has arisen due to pending retirement.

 The position would be working full time, 9am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday,

 Essential skills and experience

  • Minimum of 6 months within a lettings company

  • Computer literate – Word, Excel, Outlook

  • Able to offer an excellent customer experience – excellent telephone manner, well presented

  • Able to take and pass on accurate messages

 Duties:

    • Reception

      • Answering all calls quickly and professionally

      • Greeting all visitors to site

      • Offering refreshments

      • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post/deliveries – franking post

      • Setting up meeting rooms, organizing refreshments

    • Office administration

      • Invoicing

      • Taking credit card payments

      • Keeping accurate data

 

This is a supporting role with varied duties, the right candidate will thrive on offering excellent customer service and administration support to colleagues.
