Our Client is looking for an experienced lettings co-ordinator to join their friendly team in Medway. Our client is a family run estate agents specialising in buying, selling and lettings. Our client has been established for over 25 years and prides themselves on providing an excellent all round service.


Key attributes, qualities and experience required:


  • At least 2-3 years’ relevant experience

  • Previous proven track record with residential lettings

  • Must have good working knowledge of current lettings law

  • IT illiterate with fantastic knowledge of Microsoft Office suites

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Hard working with the ability to use your own initiative 

  • Must have a full clean driving licence (no more than 6 points)


Key responsibilities:


  • Conducting viewings of available properties

  • Checking new tenants in to properties at the start of their tenancy against inventory

  • Checking tenants out at the end of their tenancy and producing check out reports

  • Updating  landlords, contractors and tenants



Salary (Dependent on Experience)


Successful candidates will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check.
