Our Client based in South Kent currently requires an Operations Clerk to join their team. The successful candidate will be required to perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support the Drivers Reception, Stock Control and Trading desk.

Duties include:


  • Maintain business data bases and warehouse management systems, including management of Vehicle Booking Systems  

  • Control of stock including resolution of queries and providing information to both internal and external customers and management

  • Preparing reports, statistical analysis and inventories

  • Produce complex documents/spreadsheets, using Word/Excel as appropriate


    Education / Skills/ Attributes:


  • GCSE – Maths and English C and above

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience within an Operational Support role

  • Previous customer service experience

  • Computer literate – MS Office

  • Able to work under pressure


    Working hours are 8hr shifts between 6am – 10pm this is a flexible working pattern and can change weekly.
