Our Client based on the outskirts of Maidstone is currently looking for an experienced Part Time Accounts Administrator.

This role is offered as a permanent position working 24 hours per week which can be worked pt hours every day or over part of the week.

Accounts Administration:

  • Introducing PAYE information onto the accounts software
  • Sales Invoicing
  • Credit control
  • Inputting purchase invoices
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Inputting employees card statements onto accounts software
  • Card Cash Control
  • Control & reconciliation of foreign currency bank accounts
  • Inputting staff expenses onto accounts software
  • Monthly management accounts
  • Assist Auditors
  • Assist Management Team
  • Completing the EC Sales list on HMRC website
  • VAT Return
  • Creating POs and sending them to suppliers
  • Keeping stock levels up to date on Navision
  • Holiday cover for the Office manager

Education / Skills/ Attributes:

·Experience with MS Dynamics (Navision) – advantageous

·AAT qualified – desirable

·Previous experience as an Accounts Administrator, or similar
