Our Client based in North Kent is currently looking for a Procurement & Facilities Co-Ordinator/Administrator to join them on a full time, permanent basis.


Duties will be varied and will be determined by the Deputy Head of Property &

Facilities but will include administration and management of:


  • Facilities & Maintenance Building Support

  • Supporting procurement initiatives

  • Contract Management support and administration to help ensure compliance

  • across the business

  • Maintenance of the Commercial Contract and associated Risk Register

  • Access Control

  • Various analytical requirements and research

  • Stationery for all sites

  • Document scanning

  • Contract and Supplier Compliance Questionnaires

  • Health & Safety Administration

  • Utilities administration

  • Event Planning and Support

  • Travel Booking and other requirements for Directors

  • Any other duties as directed by the Deputy Head of Property & Facilities or the

    Head of Property & Facilities


Predominately working Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, however due to the nature of the position some travelling may be involved. The travel could include trips of up to a week away at a time and include weekends.

A full UK driving licence is required for this role
