Our Client based in Medway is currently seeking a Projects Administrator to join their team on 6 Month Fixed Term Contract.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm (37.5 hours per week) with an hour break.

Salary: £18,000 pa pro rata


Suitable candidates will be proficient in using Email, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as social media. Experience in Project Management would be beneficial.

Duties will include:

  • To be the first point of contact for designated customers, answering questions and providing service

  • Working with the sales team and project manager and take responsibility in the day to day operational support

  • Managing day to day projects

  • Assisting with internal order paperwork, delivery phasing schedules, health & safety administration and co-ordination

  • Liaise with installation and removal service providers to arrange project delivery.

  • Ensure efficient and effective operation of the contracts team

  • Able to visit customers and assist in trade exhibitions

Education/ Skills/ Attributes:

  • Confident, well presented and professional on the telephone

  • Experience of working in an administration environment

  • Have experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Computer Literate

  • Flexible approach to work to accommodate business needs

  • Ability to assess Health and Safety
