Our Client based in Medway requires a Projects Administrator to assist with Projects at various different sites across in and around London (generally inside M25).

Suitable candidates will have the following skills / experience / attributes:

·Strong administration experience (experience gained within a construction / mechanical or related industry would be beneficial but not essential)

·Good communication skills both written and verbal – able to liaise with colleagues and clients at all levels

·Work well as part of a team

·Highly computer literate – Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.

·Hold driving licence and own vehicle

The role will involve:

·Devising and maintaining office systems & records, spreadsheets, databases, documentation etc.

·Attending meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes

·Answering general enquiries by telephone

·Maintaining records, filing systems and computer files

·Placing orders for site materials and/or office equipment

·Compiling & issuing of O&M manuals and associated documentation (as instructed by the Project Teams)

·Compiling & issuing H&S folders, contract folders etc.

·Undertaking any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required and/or requested by senior

Working Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (1 hour for lunch).

21 days holiday + bank holidays.

Role is site based, sites based across London (inside the M25). Occasional visits required to Head Office in Medway.
