Our Client based in Crawley requires an exceptional Receptionist / Office Administrator to join their team.

Suitable candidates will have the following skills / attributes / experience:

  • Previous experience gained within a busy reception / switchboard environment, actively 'gatekeeping' for the company

  • GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent) in Maths & English

  • Good level of computer literacy

  • Well presented, with a 'can do' approach

  • Articulate with good communication skills both written and verbal

  • Accurate with the ability to prioritise workload

  • Ability to adapt and learn new systems

This busy and varies role will involve:

  • General reception duties – answering & transferring calls, greeting visitors – in a professional manner.

  • Receiving and allocating mail, and managing outward post – franking etc.

  • Scanning documents

  • Organising and booking travel for staff and visitors (to include flights, accommodation etc.)

  • Providing refreshments for visitors, ensuring kitchen and canteen area is kept clean and tidy

  • Providing tours of the facility to visitors

  • Assisting with HR administrative duties when required – new starters / existing employee records etc.

Working hours are Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:15pm.

25 days holiday plus bank holiday (increases with service).

Life assurance, after qualifying probationary period (6 months).

Out of pocket expenses reimbursed.

Private healthcare and increased pension contributions after further qualifying period (2-3 years).
