Our Client based in Rochester is seeking an enthusiastic and capable Sales and Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team.

Suitable candidates need to be computer literate and have good written and verbal communication skills.

Duties:

·Process sales orders and liaise with customers and sales people to resolve any issues relating to the order.

·Carry out the processing /despatch/invoicing of all orders. Liaising with customers and external carriers and informing accounts of daily dispatches.

·Coordinate the service RMA system and Provide updates to the customer in an agreed timeframe.

·To be a first point of call for enquiries by telephone or email and to pass these efficiently to the sales appropriate person for action.

·Coordinate and support the marketing strategy.

·Maintain and update the CRM system.

·Deploy e-mail campaigns in accordance with agreed schedule

·Manage the performance and the results of campaigns and pass any sales leads to the relevant sales contact.

·Identify relevant exhibitions and book and organise attendance.

·Maintain the company website

Working hours will be 08.30 to 17.00hrs Monday to Friday with 25 days holiday excluding bank holidays.

A competitive salary package will be offered dependent upon experience.
