Our Client based near Sevenoaks requires a Service Coordinator to join their team.


Working for an established and growing engineering company the role will involve:


  • Scheduling of engineers work (currently 6 engineers, requiring approximately 10-15 jobs booked per day) using the in-house CRM system.
  • To prepare formal quotations for the service related works, for annual contract renewals and conversion to order.
  • To meet office targets set by the Directors.
  • To provide management reports as required.
  • To assist with answering the office telephones.
  • Updating information on our CRM
  • Sending out of RAMS and health and safety information required for jobs.
  • Assisting with day-to-day management of the service team and the engineers as they progress through their day.

  • Proactive approach to helping, booking work and converting old or overdue service customers.

  • Managing and taking near full responsibility of our diary system.



Suitable candidates will:


  • Be an excellent communicator – both verbally and via email.

  • Good literacy, manor and customer service based language skills.

  • Good geographical awareness (not just proficient with Google Maps!).

  • Proactive in their approach to learning, management and work.

  • Be able to read the situation around them and when speaking to customers – ‘situational awareness’.

  • Keen to learn more and develop their role into more than just Service Coordinator, to become a strong part of our service team – working together to improve the effectiveness of the service department.



Working hours are Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm (half hour lunch break).


Salary is between £22,000 - £26,000 - dependent upon skills and experience.


Ideally looking for a candidate to start ASAP with interviews to be held at their offices this week.
