Our Client based on the outskirts of Ashford is seeking a Welder and Metal Finisher (precision engineering). Suitable candidates will need their own transport. The role is offered as a permanent full-time position working.

Pay: £12-13.00 ph + occasional overtime.
Hours: 7:30am to 4:00pm (30 minutes lunch) Monday to Friday. 40 hour week.

Skills required:

·Tig and Mig welding skills
·Used to working with various materials including aluminium, mild steel, stainless steel.
·Working to material thickness of 1.0 to 3.0mm
·Able to read/interpret technical drawings.
·Design and make up jigs to aid the welding process and assembly.

General workshop skills would be desirable:
·drilling, polishing, linishing, grinding
