Our Client based in Strood is seeking a Contracts Administrator.  The role of Contracts Administrator is offered as a full-time permanent role based in the office.

 

Salary Range:           £21,000 - £23,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Working hours:         37.5 hours per week

 

The Contracts Administrator will be working on current projects and assisting with daily customer requirements. They will be the first point of contact for designated customers, answering questions and servicing clients

 

Contracts Administrator main duties will include:

 

  • Order processing, planning and scheduling to UK customers
  • Updating customers with order and delivery times
  • Liaising with hauliers
  • Solving problems and customer's queries over email and telephone
  • Providing administrative support to the commercial team
  • Attending internal meetings

 

Contracts Administrator skills and experience:

 

  • experience of working in an administrative role
  • confident telephone manner with good communication skills
  • IT literate including e-mail, MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Good understanding of social media and have a good eye for detail.
