Our Client based near Leeds is seeking a Customer Service Administrator

Salary:                   £19,000 - £23,000 pa depending on experience

Hours:                   8am to 5pm

Location:              East Morley, near Leeds

Benefits:              23 days leave + BH, car, phone

 

Purpose of the role – Rental Controller and Service Support Administrator is to:

 

  • To increase the number of short term rental trucks on hire across the Midlands
  • To effectively manage the Rental Fleet to serve the customer base and coordinate the transport for the Depot
  • To support the Service Manager with administrative tasks as and when required

 

Rental Controller and Service Support Administrator Person Specification:

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good customer facing skills
  • Strong self-motivation with a proactive approach
  • Teamwork - liaise well with each department
  • Good clear communicator internal/external
  • PC literate in Word / Excel
  • Experience of working with an ERP system, for example Protean, Autoline, SAP or similar
  • Accurate and methodical administration/logistical skills
  • Ability to cope under pressure, be flexible and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work using own initiative and prioritise workload.
