Our Client based in Dartford is seeking a Customer Services Coordinator.

 

The role is offered as a direct contract c16 months working full time, core hours are 8am to 4.30pm.  Initially the role will offer remote working and then move into a hybrid role towards the end of 2021.

 

Salary:  C£25,000 pa

Benefits include: 21 days annual leave + 8BH, 3% non-contractual bonus and a generous benefits package.

 

Key Skills: Customer Services Coordinator

 

  • GCSE grade B or above in English – or equivalent
  • Able to communicate effectively with Customers and internal departments with a fast-paced high-pressure environment
  • Good administration skills – Word, Excel, Outlook etc
  • Able to prioritize own workload
  • Excellent team player (working within a team of 12)

 

Desirable – not essential

  • Fluent in any European or Arabic language – verbal and written
  • A’ Level grade B or above in English – or equivalent

 

The main responsibilities of the Customer Services Coordinator will be to coordinate all customer related issues, ensuring through follow-up of all enquires, thus ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved at all times. 

 

Duties will include the provision of quotations; taking and processing orders; progressing order and notification of status to customers; liaison with Freight Forwarder; handling queries, recording and progressing customer complaints.
