Our Client in Rochester is seeking an experienced Technical Customer Services Administrator.  The Technical Customer Services Administrator role will be office-based working within a small team, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.
Salary £20-25K pa
Priority will be given to candidates from a manufacturing or similar background e.g., working with part numbers/codes, complex and detailed orders.
Duties of the Technical Customer Services Administrator will include:
Answering phone and email enquiries about products
Accurately taking and processing orders – mostly repeat orders from UK customers
General office administration
Suitable candidates for the Technical Customer Services Administrator role will possess the following skills:
Confident and friendly telephone manner
Be competent with MS Office especially Excel - confidence with formulas etc
Highly organised
Able to prioritise own workload, methodical and meticulous
Proficient using IT systems e.g., SAGE or similar
Due to the Client’s location candidates will need their own transport.
